The 2010 Queensland Heritage Rally will be held at the Jondaryan Woolshed Open Air Working Museum. The staging of this Rally in
shadow of the iconic 150 year old Jondaryan Woolshed will bring a new and unique ambience to the 2010 event.
We are very fortunate to have a special committee whose sole focus is on the staging of a successful Queensland Heritage Rally, and on
strengthening the vision and aims of the Rally.
Our Rally Committee’s goals are to:
~ Plan, organise and stage a well run Rally which will showcase our early heritage.
~ Provide our visitors and exhibitors with a rare glimpse of our early life by having suitable and appropriate displays, demonstrations
~ Create and environment that will provide visitors and exhibitors with an opportunity to foster current and new relationships with
~ Encourage those involved in rare trades to demonstrate their skills.
~ Establish an area where a wide range of specialised trade and market stalls with an appropriate relationship to the machinery
preservation movement can exhibit.
The 2010 Queensland Heritage Rally will provide clubs, organisations, groups, as well as interested individuals with a passion for
preserving a variety of heritage items with a unique opportunity to come together as one.
We’d be pleased if you’d accept our invitation to support and participate in this historic event.
This invitation to participate in the 4th Queensland Heritage Rally is open to all who wish to exhibit or display a piece of Australian
heritage. It could be a single pieve, a collection . . . it doesn’t have to be bright and shiny. It could be a demonstration that will take both
exhibitors and visitors on a trip down memory lane . . .
If you’re a collector of stationary engines, tractors, veteran or vintage vehicles including military and commercial vehicles, horse drawn
implements, carriages, farm machinery or a traditional artisan or tradesperson you are invited to become involved in the 2010 Queensland
